Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now closed.

The Scientific Committee cordially invites prospective authors to submit their abstracts for presentation at SMEEG 2013. The Scientific Committee is seeking presentations that are relevant to those researchers with an interest in the theoritical or applied aspects of ecology, evolution and genetic modeling.

Key Dates

• Abstract Submission Open : 5 April 2013
• Abstract Submission Close : 15 September 2013
• Notification to Authors of Abstract Acceptance : 30 September 2013
• Registration Open : 1st October 2013
• Registration Close : 18 October 2013

Abstract Submission

Abstracts are primarily submitted for oral presentation, but can be accepted for oral or poster presentation by the Scientific Committee. It can be specified in the Abstract Submission Form that you do not want your Abstract to be considered for possible poster presentation. Abstract acceptance notification will be communicated to the authors on 30 September 2013.

Abstract Presenter Registration

The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel or registration costs associated with the Conference. Registrations are due to open on 1st October 2013. All presenters must register for the Conference by 18 October 2013. The registration fee is 120 euros for all participant and includes accomodation, lunches and dinners.
